1. Scope

These terms apply to all services provided by Dubme GmbH, Panoramastr. 1, 10178 Berlin ("Provider"), to users of the AI-powered website audit and redesign services.

2. Services

The Provider offers automated analyses and AI-generated redesign proposals based on publicly available content. All results are non-binding proposals.

3. User obligations

The user warrants that they will only submit URLs they are authorised to analyse, and will not submit any unlawful content for processing.

4. Fees

Paid packages are clearly displayed before purchase. Payments are processed through the integrated payment provider.

5. Liability

The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and as required under product liability law. Otherwise, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damages.

6. Final provisions

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, to the extent permitted by law.
